Nivasa Capital is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India, part of the OKA Housing Technologies group, alongside its sister company Niketan Financial Services Private Limited.
Welcome to the Nivasa Capital Platform (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Nivasa Capital Private Limited (“Nivasa Capital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This document is a legally binding electronic record published in compliance with Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It does not require physical or digital signatures.

Nivasa Capital acts as an intermediary and Direct Selling Agent. Loan approvals and disbursements are subject to the discretion of our partner banks/NBFCs regulated by RBI.
Nivasa Capital holds all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, content, trademarks, logos, text, software, and associated materials on the Platform. You may not copy, modify, or use any content without our written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to derive the Platform's source code or its components.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are assumed to have conducted any actions performed using your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read each site's terms of use and privacy policy.
Nivasa Capital, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or service providers will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nivasa Capital, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update or amend these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
